JUNGLE last night capped a remarkable ‘VOLCANO’ album campaign by not only winning their first ever BRIT Award for Best Group, but also performed an incredible live version of ‘Back On 74’ at the ceremony. ‘VOLCANO’ has seen JUNGLE ascend to new heights, with the strongest critical acclaim of their career, their joint highest UK album chart position, and ‘Back On 74’ becoming their biggest global hit single (#25 in the UK and Top 10 on the US Billboard’s Top Dance / Electronic Songs).

2024 will also see JUNGLE play their biggest ever London headline show at The O2 on September 12th. The electrifying energy of their extended live band together with their compelling visuals has made them one of the most engaging live performers around – further evidenced by NME’s 5* review of last summer’s All Points East set, which they described as a “monstrously good set… you’re in awe of the sheer musical talents of the band.” The O2 show is almost sold-out months in advance, but limited tickets remain available HERE.

Having played to 200,000 people in 2023 alone, JUNGLE will continue to take their ‘VOLCANO’ album across the world in the coming months. They will play a South American tour, Coachella and a special Red Rocks Amphitheatre show before touring across Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Europe throughout the summer. JUNGLE’s profile soars even higher via the new Spring 2024 campaign for the iconic American fashion brand Gap. Celebrating self-expression and individuality through fashion, music and dance, the campaign visual has been directed by JUNGLE’s J Lloyd and long-term collaborator Charlie Di Placido, is soundtracked by ‘Back On 74’ and features original choreography from their video collaborator Shay Latukolan. It stars the Grammy-nominated artist Tyla who is making waves with her international hit ‘Water’.

JUNGLE are lifelong friends from Shepherd’s Bush, London. Their self-titled breakthrough debut album became an instant classic, leading to a Mercury Prize nomination, which they followed with the album ‘For Ever’ before amplifying their success with ‘Loving In Stereo’ and now ‘Volcano’ – all contributing to a total of over a billion streams to date. Their extended live band has made them firm festival favourites, headlining Wilderness and All Points East as well as drawing huge crowds as far afield as Coachella and Lollapalooza Brazil, while headline shows have included Alexandra Palace and multiple nights at the O2 Academy Brixton. Their visionary stylised and choreographed videos are also a major aspect of JUNGLE’s artistic identity, most notably with the ambitious visual narrative that spanned every track on ‘Volcano’.

Balancing his bravado with relatable humility, Dreamville’s Bas is a global artist, performer, curator and storyteller. He’s received multiple GRAMMY® nominations and RIAA certified records as well as launching an award winning podcast (The Messenger, 2021) and curating a festival in South Africa. Of Sudanese origin, Bas (Abbas Hamad) was born in Paris and raised in Queens, New York. His narrative, delving into the African diaspora, encapsulates a quintessential NYC come up story, highlighting the importance of authentic consistency. His critically acclaimed album, Milky Way (2018), which features Platinum certified “Tribe” featuring J. Cole entered Billboard’s Top Rap Albums of the year and prominently placed Bas in the conversation as one of hip hop’s rising stars. The following year he appeared on the historical #1 Billboard Dreamville album, Revenge of The Dreamers III where Bas received multiple GRAMMY nominations.

In 2021, Bas launched a Spotify Studios podcast titled “The Messenger” chronicling Afropop superstar Bobi Wine’s metamorphosis into a global icon leading a political movement in Uganda. Last year saw Bas join J. Cole on his sold out national tour, all while scaling the charts on collaborative track “The Jackie” and being appointed as a star curator for Rocking The Daisies, a premier South African music festival. Kicking off 2023, Bas unveiled single “Diamonds” accompanied by a deeply introspective visual and then the J. Cole assisted track “Passport Bros” — both off his newly announced album, We Only Talk About Real Shit When We’re Fucked Up out this year.
