The Pageant, Delmar Hall and The Halo Bar are multi-use venues located in The Delmar Loop. Each space allows for various configurations providing a range of options for your special event and rentals needs. The Pageant

The Pageant opened in October 2000 and has since become a premier live music venue ranked in the top 10 internationally every year. This 33,000-square foot space not only allows for a superb concert experience, but can also be transformed into a creative backdrop for an elegant gala, a special gathering, professional meeting and more. The tiered main floor offers ample room for cabaret style or row seating and/or traditional dining tables. The balcony offers over 300 theatre style seats along with two separate elevated seating areas. The Pageant has a flexible capacity up to 2000 people, and can be scaled down to allow for more intimate or smaller events.

Delmar Hall

Delmar Hall opened in September 2016 directly next door to The Pageant. This 10,000-square foot space was specifically designed for live entertainment and special events. This versatile venue provides a tiered floor, an entry bar with cocktail area, and an outdoor patio. Delmar Hall has a flexible capacity up to 750 people and can be tailored to accommodate various sized groups.

The Halo Bar

The Halo Bar is located in front of The Pageant with direct access from The Halo Bar into The Pageant’s West Entry. This venue is available on its own or in conjunction with The Pageant as supplemental space. Amenities include a private entrance, full bar, TV’s, outdoor patio (with sound), sound system and stage equipment for live entertainment and presentations. The Halo Bar has flexible capacity of up to 150.
